Yoga in Malta with Ray
RaYoga (Malta) offers a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness. Service includes group classes incorporating yoga postures and Pilates exercises.
Group yoga sessions are suitable for any fitness level, including older beginners. Variations and alternative postures are offered so each attendee can practice at the desired level.
Yoga Pilates is a combination programme of yoga poses and Pilates mat exercises.
