RAYOGA (Malta) offers specifically designed yoga sessions and  Pilates aimed to enhance a better physical, mental and emotional You!

Conducted in a safe and non competitive environment, these classes consist of basic yoga postures and mat Pilates exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Sessions offer a great tool to age gracefully, especially to older beginners.
