Group Classes

Functional Fitness Yoga

Gentle to moderate yoga sessions consisting of a flowing series of basic yoga postures (Hatha Yoga) and sequences with breathing synchronized with the movement (Vinyasa Yoga). Variations and alternative postures are offered, so that each attendee can practice at a desired level. Classes always target the core (lower back and abdominal area) in a holistic and effective way.

Classes aim to enable practitioners function better in their daily lives by building strength, increase flexibility and develop balance, leaving them with reduced stress, inner calm and peace.

All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, including beginners. 

Functional Fitness Yoga (FFY) is a perfect complement to athletes, including runners as it increases strength & flexibility, balance, focus and lung capacity.
